Brief introduction on the latest developments with the SJCC Scholarship Foundation by its Chairman Paul Dudler

Presentation by Gregory Glanzmann, SJCC Alumnus
Gregory, a graduate in international affairs of the University of St. Gallen and currently working for the Japanese company Tras Carbon Composite, recently returned from his SJCC-sponsored stay in Japan where he worked for BMW Motorrad Japan.

Special guest: Damian Christinger, Japanese art expert
Damian is the founder and owner of Zurich-based art gallery “Jewels of Asia” and an expert in Japanese print and paintings. In a practical presentation he will introduce us to the secrets of appraising ukiyo-e, Japanese woodblock prints.

Kaiseki menu served in a “Nodate” lunch-box
Enjoy a selection of kaiseki dishes served in a special lacquered lunch-box and prepared by Ryokan Hasenberg’s renowned grand chef.
