Do you also enjoy Wagashi and wonder how to make Japanese sweets at home?

Join us on Saturday, June 15 in Zurich to learn more about wagashi and experience how to prepare seasonal Japanese sweets yourself. You will be making anmitsu, sakura mochi and a cup of matcha.

Japanese cook, food coordinator, and cooking book author marimo is joining us from Japan to head the class.

SJCC Young Professionals is hosting the event. We are looking forward to welcoming anyone who has an interest in Japan and would like to network with the Swiss-Japanese community in Zurich.

Please register early, since the wagashi cooking experience is best held in small groups and the number of attendees is limited.
