About the speakers:
Sonny Zehnder – Art Director and lead Photographer & Videographer at POJ Studio. She brings traditional craftsmanship to life through visual storytelling. Originally from Switzerland near the Alps, she developed her skills as an editorial designer before a formative photography exchange in Kyoto. A former recipient of the SJCC Scholarship Fund, she is a great example of how this opportunity can lead to a thriving career in Japan.
Roger Lagadec – Swiss and French electrical engineer. After an electrical engineering degree, 10 years of research and a PhD at ETH Zurich, he first led the development of professional digital audio equipment at Studer-Revox. Starting in January 1986, he spent almost 6 years at Sony Corporation in Atsugi, Japan, mainly as General Manager of its Professional Audio Division, before returning to Europe with his family.
